Small sketch i made tonight... Actually i want to use the scene for a more detailed painting soon, but just had fun making it a small mood-sketch... :-)

Fake-pic I made for an add for a tanning salon here... They wanted a pic with the girl and the guy together, covered by white fur... Had to brush the guys whole shoulder...

Mech fighting fireflies... Small little joke for a friend on deviantart... Still, was fun!

I will start to do them more detailed soon I think, but this time just a small speedy for fun... Didn't really put much effort in this..

I just saw Star Wars the clone wars... bad movie, but the style is simply awesome! Like an 2 hour speed-painting in motion! Love it! :-P

I just had to do something afterwards, no matter what!

It's quite soft, but I just wanted to catch the atmosphere...

Once again, mech downtown... Second small sketch, this time with soldiers on the street and mech rounding the corner... Still don't know what it will look like... But getting closer... :-)

My mind is still working on this mech-downtown-trapping-soldiers-scene... I figured it would be more threatening if the mech would look down on the soldiers, so I made this fast easy sketch to see how it works...

I think it is better like this...?

Small little mood-sketch.. I want to make a mech downtown trapping some soldiers in a building soon, I already made some sketches, and this is just to get a feeling for the scenery..

Maybe 50 min, anyway less then one hour...

And the work from yesterday evening and tonight... Two fifties-style mechs patrolling a river...

Took so long because I changed the background a few times... ;-)

Mech hit by two missiles in the desert... It turned out to be more watercolor-like..

It's interesting, but I think I like it better when it's a bit harder... :-)

Just noticed I still have two speed-paintings here I didn't post yet...

Here comes the first, a mech coming out of the sea. It's the first one I made just drawing, not using photos... Only a small mood-sketch for me. I still want to make a real rendering of this scene, but not quite sure yet how I want it to look...

Took around 30 min...

And here my entry for a state-carriage drawing contest... I put it in a background this time, with body-guard an parliament-building. On top some exploration-sketches....

By the way... the figurehead is a tiny battlemech! ;-)

Tonights work... A mech in the desert coming out of his hiding-place, ambushing I don't know who...

Spend about one and a half hour on it...

Spend about 50-60 min tonight on a mech in town... Again only brush..

Just spend three or four hours with painting again... It's once more inspired by (you might have guessed) Andrée Wallin!

...but I'm rather pleased with the result!

Well, so I spent a few hours yesterday night and this morning with it... I'm still far away from the being good, and I take way longer too, but for a first try it's ok I guess.....

Here a Gundam-Style robot I made today in class... was kinda boring :-)!

One Gundam-Style mech and a battlesuit, once again made with red wine... ok, I know with the Gundam i screwed the legs! :-(

This time a mech-scene... I tried to put one of my mechs in a context... ok, it is a battlemech, so no much choice with the context :-D! 

Once again "coloured" with red wine! 

Here a mech I made tonight... I tried to render the sketch with red wine! Was fun... especially getting rid of the wine I didn't use for the sketch... :-)

Hey... some sketches for a supersportscar-drawing contest... I decided to make it for Seat. I like the sideview of the new Ibiza, and Seat doesn't have a single really sporty car in their line-up... 

Hey... sorry for being away for so long! I've been quite busy with some layout-jobs...

So, here is a fake-pic I made for one of the jobs.. It's a schoolbuilding, and my task was to add some beach-atmosphere... 

Tried to make one of the mechs a bit asymmetric and more dynamic, specially the legs where supposed to look more like really moving... ok for the first try, but i think i will come back to this again in the next days... the legs still give me a hard time! :-)

Another try on the carsketching... i'm still not so happy with it...there is a lot to learn... i finally figured out that drawing cars is not that easy after all! ;-)

But for about 30 min and only one layer i shall not complain... i think i have to make the next one more detailed...

Just spend about 20 min with one of my old sketches and photoshop...

Some sketches for a rescue hovercraft. It's unmanned to not endanger any rescue team-members, controlled via GPS from the base-camp. The seats in the back can evacuate fleeing civilians from civil wars or natural disasters.
